Looking Back…Forging Ahead…

The CADP Project is now in its 4th year and it was imperative that the project team and all stakeholders sat down together to discuss the progress so far and more importantly the future direction of the project. This bi-monthly meeting was of particular importance as it will mark the beginning of change.

During the review process it was apparent that there was significant room for improvement and need for acceleration in the implementation process in order to achieve the project objectives. The progress made so far was somewhat commendable but there is still a lot more to be done. To achieve this there will be fundamental changes to the way the project will be implemented going forward.

Below are a few pictures from the event.
